This page explains the basic outline of the easy steps we use to create your cards.
The four steps below outline what you need to do, what we at GT&C need to do, and how long it will take
STEP 1: Submitting Order Form and Artwork (1 Business Day)
- Start by utilizing our instant online quote system to find what you are looking for or email to our sales representative. We will contact you with in one business day to process your order.
- Before sending art, please review our artwork guidelines. You may e-mail our Sales Representative directly with any questions you may have.
- Submit your final order form and artwork to us via email at michael@ecotags.net. Straight and simple!
STEP 2: Communication (1 Business Day)
Approximately 1 business day after you submit your order, you will receive a proforma invoice and digital artwork proof. This is to confirm with you that we have all the specifications on your order correctly interpreted. Depending on how complicated your order is, this communication of sorting out the details can take up to 3 business days or more.
Getting thoroughly organized before you order can save a lot of time in this step. If the order form is well filled out, your artwork is well formatted, and you¡¯re on top of responding to our emails, this can take only 1-2 business days.
STEP 3: Approve Artwork Proof, Invoice, and Send Payment (1 Business Day)
Once we are all on the same page regarding your order, please email us a written approval of the invoice and mock ups.
We currently accept the following payment method:
Bank Wire Transfer
Credit Card via Paypal (+5% Credit Card Handling Charge)
Credit Card via Escrow (+3% Credit Card Handling Charge)
Western Union
Please also give us written notice via email that payment is on its way. We do not proceed production without this email.
STEP 4: Production and Quality Control (3-5 Business Day)
The printing process can take between 3-5 business days, depending on how busy our production is. We quality control the final order before shipping to make sure no mistakes!
STEP 5: Shipping (3-4 Business Day)
We will send your cards via Courier Express, which takes about 3-4 days to your side. Tracking no. will be sent to your email for reference.
Note: we will not ship the cards out until we have received your full payment, so please arrange payment get as soon as you have given final approval on your order.
